The problem we set out to solve

South Africa's small and medium businesses employ most of the country's private-sector workforce and operate under conditions that overseas products do not understand: SARS provisional tax timing, CIPC compliance, the R1 million VAT threshold, POPIA, labour law that ends up at the CCMA, load-shedding, and interest rates that turn a manageable overdraft into a threat. Good advice on these things has been the preserve of businesses large enough to afford it.

What we built

Five AI advisors that share one profile of the business and reason the way an executive team does: the CEO frames the decision and brings in the specialists, the CFO guards the cash, the CMO finds customers, the COO removes the owner as the bottleneck, and the CRO turns interest into revenue. They are grounded in a library of business research and instructed on South African conditions, and they are honest about the limits of what software should advise on.

Who we are

Virtual Executive Suite is a product of Excella Investments (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa and built by a management consultant with experience in strategy work for South African organisations. We are a small company that runs on its own product.

How we handle your information

Your business data is stored in a database with row-level security so that only your account can read it. Secret keys never reach the browser. Your information is not used to train AI models. Our full privacy policy sets out what we collect, why, who processes it and your rights under POPIA.
