◆Virtual Executive Suite

How it works

One profile. Five advisors. One answer.

Virtual Executive Suite is not a chatbot with a business dictionary. It is a small executive team that shares one set of facts about your business and argues its way to a recommendation.

1
Company profile
Revenue, costs, cash, margin, goals, risks, hours
2
Derived metrics
Net burn, months of cash flow, breakeven revenue, downside case
3
The advisors
Each answer uses those figures, never generic advice

Setting up

The intake asks twelve questions in plain language: the name of the business, the industry and stage, how many people work in it, roughly what it brings in and costs each month, what is in the bank, the gross margin, three goals for the next 90 days, three things most likely to go wrong, how you tend to move when the stakes are high, and how many hours a week you can actually give the business. Each question carries a hint on how to estimate if you do not have the exact figure.

From those answers the application derives the numbers every advisor works from: net monthly burn or surplus, months of cash flow, breakeven revenue at your margin, and a downside case with revenue 30% lower. Those figures appear on your dashboard and inside every answer.

Asking a question

You can speak to any advisor directly. The Virtual CFO answers a question about a hire with a payback calculation at your margin. The Virtual CRO answers a question about a customer demanding a discount with a prepared position and the words to use. Or you can ask the Virtual CEO, who reads the question, decides which specialists it touches, consults them privately, and reconciles their views into one recommendation. When two specialists disagree, the CEO names the trade-off and makes the call rather than hedging.

"You have 2.4 months of cash flow. That frames everything below, because cash is oxygen and yours is finite. On the hire: a R25,000 a month person needs to generate about R113,000 in new monthly sales just to pay for themselves at your 22% margin."Virtual CEO, consulting the CFO, on a demo company

Every substantive answer ends with the single action to take in the next 48 hours and a confidence line that names the biggest assumption behind the advice.

Every week

The Weekly Actions screen ranks the actions from all advisors by their effect on survival and lets you tick them off. The Monday Boardroom is a five-minute review of what changed and what this week is for. As your figures move, the cash-flow gauge, the business health score and the advice move with them.

Reports and the diagnostic

Board reports and a funding pack are built from your live profile in a clean, print-ready format for a bank, an investor or a funder. The Business Diagnostic scores the business across ten areas, from finance and sales to governance, and produces a written report with what to fix first. Read about the diagnostic.

What it will not do

The advisors give general business guidance. They are not registered accountants, tax practitioners or attorneys. Anything that touches SARS filings, VAT, statutory accounts, employment law or a contract is flagged for a qualified professional, in the answer, every time. You remain responsible for your decisions.

See it on your own numbers.

The profile takes ten minutes and the first answer arrives before you have finished your coffee.
