Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with three days on the Growth plan, with all five advisors and no card required. Reports can be previewed but not exported during the trial. When the trial ends your profile and history are kept, and the advisors and reports are paused until you choose a plan.

How do I pay?

By card or instant EFT through Payfast, South Africa's payment gateway. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You never enter card details on our site.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect at once. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so that you keep what you have paid for.

Is there a refund?

Your first subscription payment carries a seven-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time after that with no fee, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

What are the fair-use limits?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of advisor messages for reasonable everyday use: about 100 on Starter, 300 on Growth and 1,500 on Scale. You are warned before you reach it.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices are shown in Rand and include VAT where applicable.
